Muralidharan Alagar Contemporary Artist from Chennai, India. Most of my inspiration comes from day to day life of people in the neighborhood markets and streets. I love capturing them with plein air paintings, sketches and photographs. Markets themselves are self contained universe where there are plenty of soulful activities beyond selling and buying. Full of colors in their dress and thoughts which I borrow for my paintings. Humanity tries best to thrive there. Particularly women sellers talk to themselves in their own world.
