About Artist

Anand Gadapa was born in Telangana in 1971, he received his Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, in 2002. In 2006 he received a Master’s degree in Art History and Aesthetics from the Faculty of Fine Arts at M.S. University, Vadodara, where he presented the thesis, ‘Negotiating Identities’: Brahmanical Hegemony in Andhra ‘Folk’ Performances. The artist presently works in ‘Studio Metaphor’ in Baroda. ...
