A splatter and poetry
I’m not a political artist, but subconsciously I cannot ignore the political world. I try in vain to escape this reality. When I read the newspaper or watch news on television, my mind is destroyed by the horrifying incidents reported. When I try to focus and concentrate on something I get diverted all the time. My works are just the outcome of such things. In this way I can sum up my current work as the depiction of what is going on around us; war, casualties, restlessness, self-defense and security measures. Previously as an artist I used to paint what I liked and admired. However, the present scenario has somehow forced me to paint what I do not like as I want people to have a glimpse of what we have made our world to be.
