About Artist

I was born in Varanasi, India in 1968. I work predominantly in the medium of painting and graphics. I completed my BFA as a topper at the Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi. I started making painting at the tender age of 8. I have had many solo shows in all parts of India. I manage my business as well as my painting career very well. My works has been exhibited in over 15 galleries nationally. My works have been considered to be full of emotions for which I has been awarded many times. Inspired by a world without rules, I use a narrative style in my expression where visual and textual allusions suggest the passionate message behind a seemingly simple scene. I combine color and texture to represent a liberating moment in time. I define unique styles in very work of mine. With a unique eye for color, I regularly create privately commissioned color-inspired, ecstatic, upbeat paintings. "Black Chair and the time of early dawn allows me the unique opportunity to be creative everyday. I have found my calling: I love what I do and am passionate about it! ".
