Description

"SURVIVAL AND REBIRTH" The title of my painting series is “Survival and Rebirth”. To implement thoughts of art’s existence into new form is actually the Art work. Belonging to the same context, art work is given the new form with new thoughts. Rebirth means getting the new birth once again and then to live a life securing oneself from anger, fake, fallacy etc and to do the life’s liabilities with honesty for taking care of one’s own family, looks like to live a file is to mount the ant on mountains. Rebirth does not only means “to take the new birth again”, arrival of new thoughts in mind is also the rebirth of thoughts. To go from Vanprasth ashram to Sanyas ashram is also “rebirth”. To be safe from life’s any big incident is also the part of rebirth. At last human being gets Manushya Yoni (human species) after survival of eighty four lakhs Yonies (Species). This has been said in mahapuran “ShreeMad Bhagwat Geeta”. After taking birth as manushya yoni (human species), they will get different sort of thoughts rebirth every morning and then whole day goes by fencing them whether those thoughts belonging to his family, or with his work, or else his responsibilities towards the society, today living the present is very tough and the man has to die daily to live his life. I have taken “Rebirth” word into my painting series because now there is neither such kings nor such royal fame. Now Bharat(India) has been integrated and is crossing 21st century. After integration, whole India is following same currency(Rupees) and the trend of same kind of revenue stamp. But before India’s integration, king, their homestead and they have their different arrangements, they had different currency, revenue stamps as well as different clothing culture. Their whole work had been done using their own currencies as well as revenue stamps. I have made the basis of “revenue stamps” in my paintings to show that a common man does a lot of efforts to earn, to continue his existence and to feed his family. I have painted many of Rajwadas (fame of the king) in my art. Here now old revenue stamps are not into picture. All of these old stamps size is approx 9”x13” (inches). I have tried to give a new form for the same to these painting which is the rebirth of old stamps which are loosing existence now a days. I have modified the size and delineation of those which shows the splendor of the same. Common man of my art is busy in doing his work and is trying to fulfill the needs of him and his family. But the fact is that today is also the needs of a common man is Roti, Kapda and Makaan (Chappati, Clothes and a home).
