The paintings shows three Brahmakamal flowers which symbolizes stages in life - childhood, adulthood and old age.
Brahmakamal is a rare flower and it blooms once in a year and only for one night. It is the only flower which comes out from leaf. As per Hindu mythology, this flower relates to the story of how Lord Brahma emerged from Lord Vishnu’s navel.
Brahmakamal is said to bring good fortune and those who witness its bloom are blessed with good luck and happiness.
