Basically, a photographer who has produced 6 coffee table books, ranging from 'Beyond Bombay Balconies' to 'Under the Sun: Business as Usual', I am currently creating a new body of digital abstract art, namely Photo-art. The theme is ‘integration’ as two or more of my original photographs are melded together to produce an abstract composition. The computer is used as a crayon, or a watercolor wash, or to create vibrant symmetry, enhancing textures and layering in the colors. These artworks have their own specific identities and fall into broad categories, but still resonate in the spirit of integration.
