About Artist

I am Somnath Patra an artist from Bangalore India. Somnath works predominantly in the medium of watercolor painting and includes another medium like dry pastel, pencil shading, etc. Somnath completed an Art Diploma with distinction at the Academy of Fine Art in Kolkata in 1996. He has many shows in Kolkata and Hyderabad at Watercolor and also received the best watercolor award from the Academy of fine arts in 1996.
