Moutushi is a Kolkata-based artist and alumnus of Kalabhavan in Santiniketan, the Faculty of Fine Arts M.S.University in Baroda (Gold Medalist) and Wimbledon School of Art in London. She has recieved the Lalit Kala Akademi Award, the Commonwealth Foundation Fellowship and the Charles Wallace India Trust Award for Visual-Arts.
