Meghna Rao’s current series is called "Beauty in Desolation". With a fascination for figurative surrealism and a bent towards the ‘dark art style’, Meghna Rao's paintings depict the darker side of human emotions through her artwork & literature.  The main medium being oil-paints on canvas; she also experiments with acrylic and pen. Her love to express the intrigue in the dichotomy of life where joy & sorrow or love & necessity ironically go together, is artistically exhibited in her work.
