I am an artist from Kolkata. I am 33 years old and have been working since 1998. I have participated in exhibitions above 30 in India and abroad. My paintings seem to be in search of a pure space. My brush delivers and communicates the universal pictorial language of tranquil serenity, utmost simplicity and unspoiled beauty of natural environment. I handle my colour and canvas, as I always do, as much to trace the factual reality as to create a formal mode of putting across my idea and emotion.
