This is part of my series titled INDIA ON CANVAS, a travelogue from my visits across the country, caught in canvas instead of words. Done in spatula, this painting was inspired by the happy, optimistic faces that I saw as the family traveled to a new destination to settle. This painting also happened to be the chosen subject for an exam submission by an unknown art student in Queensland, Australia.
