I am a 21-year-old artist who’s been painting her whole life but was always a confused soul. That’s the reason I pursued Bcom at the first place. Coming from a business family, that was the logical thing to do, but I’m a hard worker and the idea of giving up art would break my heart. So, I pursued a four-year diploma in Art simultaneously,Taught myself Digital Painting too, and soon discovered that this is where my heart lies, and Fine Arts is what I really want to pursue. I don’t quit easily, so I completed my Bcom and then the diploma and I now aspire to pursue Masters in Fine Arts from my dream city London and I’m working on myself every single day.

The idea of being confined has always bothered me. I hate people controlling me or telling me what I’m supposed to do. After a lot of introspection, that’s what I feel is the common ground for all my
paintings.I absolutely love experimenting with mediums and trying out new things like woodcut printing, serrigraphy and even painting graffiti. I
am never scared of trying out different things like digital painting and I never limit myself to a particular kind of work. I constantly change my colour palettes according to the mood of my paintings. Irrespective of a wide range of topics I base my work on, the one thing I constantly try to portray is breaking out from the idea of being trapped. Sometimes from the standards set by the society, sometimes from our perception of things, sometimes from people and quiet a lot of times from ourselves and our insecurities. Freedom is really important to me. Making my own path and having my own experiences, good or bad, are my reason for existence. All I want to do is what I feel is right at the moment and follow my heart and that’s what I want my art to reflect at the moment. Movies and shows have been a great influence on my life which reflects in my work to a certain extent. I want to paint till the day I’m honest to myself and my works reflect the honesty.
